You vill practice or ve vill shoot you

I always had that dream of 10 or so committed players that wouldnt be affected by boredom and routine. Players that wouldnt mind 4 weeks of showing up and working on throws for an hour building a repetoire of skills slowly progressing from one to another making sure everyone had the same concepts in place. If you could just get 7 or so people on the same page.. how easy would it be to coach then..
